Job Opening for Culver City PC -Office Administrator

The Office Administrator will work a set schedule of 12 hours a week in-office to answer phones, manage email and mail correspondence.  The Office Administrator will also lay out and arrange for printing of the weekly bulletin, prepare the Power Point presentation for Sunday morning services, and input giving information in our database.  Basic computer experience will be necessary for scanning bills, record keeping, editing Google calendar, and filing. Proficiency with Word Press a plus.  Must be an excellent communicator in written and oral communication, well-organized and a quick study. Religious affiliation is not necessary but applicants must be willing to interface with the public in keeping with our progressive, city-minded mission.
