Pacific Presbytery’s Food Ministry Collective is a collective of 13 churches in the Presbytery that came together in the spring of 2020 when the COVID-19 pandemic devastated the economy and food ministries were shutting down. Pacific Presbytery’s churches organized and went from feeding 1,000 individuals per month pre-COVID to 50,000 individuals per month at the height of COVID-19. We resource, support, and coordinate each other’s food ministries to feed our neighbors. We launched a fundraiser to purchase a truck and fund a truck driver to coordinate fresh food and food deliveries to our church food ministries daily. If your church has a food ministry and would like to be connected, join us! We meet on the first Tuesday of each month at 5 pm on Zoom. For more information: heidi@pacificpresbytery.org.
