Raising money through the financial stewardship program is the first step to enabling a church to respond to God's grace. Making sure these funds are used properly and efficiently is the second step. The financial review required by the "Book of Order" is the way in which the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) encourages responsible use of funds.
