Team Nicaragua: A Covenant Partnership
WHAT: A Mission Trip to Nicaragua for Youth/Young Adults
WHEN: July 1-8 2012
WHERE: In Nicaragua, the capital city of Managua, the mountainous regions of Matagalpa, and rural villages northwest of Leon
LEADERS: Presbytery of the Pacific, with CEPAD (the Nicaraguan Council of Protestant Churches) in Nicaragua
WHO: Youth and Young Adults (the terms are used interchangeably in this packet) of Pacific Presbytery churches who are 16-20 years old
COST: $1500; some financial aid is available on a case-by-case basi
HOW: The application process involves the Youth/Young Adult application and 2 references (pastor, teacher, youth leader, for example).
The application deadline is February 15, 2012 when the application and reference letters are due, accompanied by a $100 deposit.

- You will need to download ALL of these documents. Save the PDF file to your hard drive; click on the Word files and they will download automatically.

These documents can be filled out on your computer, saved and either e-mailed or mailed/FAX'd to the Presbytery. The deposit check will need to be mailed. You will be able, as well, to e-mail forms to those who will provide references for you; they will be able to return those to the Presbytery by e-mail which will probably be most convenient for them. - You will need to download just two files. All of the application pages are in one file; you will print these out, keep the Youth Application pages for yourself and distribute a reference form, with an explanation page, to each of those who will prepare a reference for you. Addresses are on the forms.
